CURRENCY & TAX
All on-line purchases from this site are charged in British Pounds
(Sterling). All prices subject to the addition of UK Value Added Tax
at the rate current at time of despatch. Customers wishing to make
purchases which qualify for VAT Exemption should

directly and provide certification.
AVAILABILITY
Products shown on this website are available for purchase within the United
Kingdom. For availability and local pricing elsewhere please refer to
our distributor for your country, or contact us.
DELIVERY
For all stock items we will endeavour to despatch the same day all orders
received by 2pm. The routine service is delivery next working day by
5.30pm covering orders classified as a single box or consolidated as
a single parcel up to a weight of 25kg or volume 0.104 m3.
The minimum charge will be £14.75 and a sliding scale of
costs operates on higher weights. Requests for bulk or timed
deliveries will be treated individually and costs agreed prior to
despatch.
RETURNS
The eturn of goods will be subject to a restocking charge equal to 30%
of their invoiced value. Only full cases will be accepted for return
and must have a minimum of half their stated life.
GOODS IN TRANSIT
All claims for damage must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of
order. Acceptance of goods is acceptance of our terms and conditions
of sale. Non-acceptance of goods must be notified in writing within
five 5 days of receipt. All goods remain the property of the company
until full and final payment is received.
